Whistle Blower Policy
An important part of the governance process of both Boston Pizza
International Inc. (“BPI”) and the Boston Pizza
Royalties Income Fund (the “Fund”) is the Board of
Directors in the case of BPI and the Trustees in the case of the Fund.
One of the roles of both the Board of Directors and the Trustees is to
ensure that the financial and business affairs of the Fund and BPI are
conducted in a legal and ethical manner.
If any employee or
member of the public has any concerns about the Fund's or BPI's handling
of any of its financial or business transactions, and is uncomfortable
with discussing this with general management, he or she is encouraged to
contact the Board of Directors (in the case of BPI) or the Trustees (in
the case of the Fund) with these concerns. Such concerns can be
submitted anonymously.
