The primary driver for yield growth of the Fund is SSSG.

Average Unit Volume Growth (AUV):
AUV growth is the cumulative effect of SSSG. As AUV increases so does the financial
strength of Boston Pizza Franchisees.

System wide sales 2011 - $905 Million
Franchise sales 2010 - $699 Million
